Except for the UI

The form factor is great. The lumen output is useful. The thumb wheel is handy.
Three things, the pocket clip is off centre, it doesn’t sit flat. The bottom magnet could be stronger. The UI is infuriating, or the instructions are not clear. I feel like I stumble onto the function I want.
I would recommend it to friends, but explain my dislikes.

Small and very useful light

I have been using this torch for over a month now and am very happy with it :)

The torch is quite a tiny, with a very bright adjustable white light and a nice continuously variable RGB light. The head has some movement for directionality which I find very useful for photography. The magnetic baseplate also helps for light positioning when photographing small indoor scenes! As does the small "pocket" clip on the side.

The switching process between the white light and RGB light and the various light settings such as flashing did require me to read the manual but after that I was fine :)

I like the way there is a two step process to turn on the torch as I can safely drop it in my handbag and never have it turn on accidentally inside my bag.

Great EDC - Beware the clones

There do seem to be cheap copies around. The real thing is genuinely fantastic quality. Solid metal, rugged and excellent light performance. An outstanding EDC - tempted to get a couple more of these.

A great little torch

I use the red light function for astronomy outreach.
Just the right brightness and it lasts long enough for the night.

Cool little light. But...

Build quality is excellent and I like the practical design. But it has the same thing that put me off trying out other Wuben flashlights. Mode spacing. Although it says its variable from 5 lumens to 400 lumens, it jumps significantly after 5 lumens. I estimate the next brightness level at at least 60 lumens when comparing with my other lights. Come on Wuben, how hard is it to add a 10~20 lumen middle ground on all your lights?
